Every service detail is confirmed with the store manager, including start time, crew size, and preparation instructions.
Vehicles are parked near the rear entrance, away from the storefront. All supplies are brought to the roof.
All material and supplies are brought into the store, including our customized mobile pressure hose and vacuum system.
We vacuum, hand scrub, and wash the interior and exterior of all units within the store and power-wash safe areas.
We remove all panels, exposed fans, coils, and electrical equipment for cleaning.
Diluted foaming non-acid, biodegradable coil cleaner is applied with a pump sprayer and various nozzles.
Our patent-protected water recovery system is set up in the lowest point of each HVAC unit to safely collect all water.
All access panels and any missing screws are replaced and power is turned back on.
Each refrigeration unit is closely inspected and a detailed report is provided to the store manager.
